In looking to launch an minimum viable product, Pay By Car came to us to gain insights on growing their user base in the short term and a long term scaling strategy for their app. We broke these into two separate problems, attacking them in a two stage consultation process through we we identified key methodologies for success, provided examples from alike companies, and created base content to execute these ideas.
